What would have to change for there to be no war?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 13, 2008:

We would have to see the faces of people. We would have to consider the lives of those in other countries just as valuable and worth protecting as those in our own. We would have to let go of our greed and recognize that all this could be taken away any moment, so it is a shaky foundation. As Rob Bell says, we need a moment when "they become us"...

Ask...knock...seek...ponder...dig...learn...jump...fall...try...fail...succeed...desire...hunger...search...
ask.

If you seek answers, you will find them in me. I AM. If you desire promises to be fulfilled, you will see fulfillment through me. I AM. If you desire to be loved, you will know the passion and ardor of the Creator's heart. I AM. If you desire hope, you will find new life in me. I AM. If you long for a best friend you will find comfort and security in me. I AM. If you desire purpose, you will find reason in me. I AM. 

If you desire God, you will know my face. I AM.
Just ask, my child.
For I AM.
And have been.
And will be.
For you.
